Subscription audit

List what you pay for. See the monthly and yearly total, the pile you can't remember using, and a link to the official cancel page for common services.

Small monthly charges are easy to stop seeing. A streaming service here, a free trial that rolled over there, a gym you have not visited since spring, and suddenly hundreds of dollars a year leave your account for subscriptions you do not use. This subscription audit makes them visible. Add each subscription with its price, whether you pay monthly or yearly, and when you last used it. The audit converts everything to monthly and yearly totals, pulls out the subscriptions you can't remember using and what they cost you in a year, and sorts the list into keep, review and cancel. For common services it links straight to the company's own cancel or help page, so you can act while you are thinking about it. Five common examples are filled in to start; change them, delete them or add your own.

How this works

  • Monthly cost = the price for monthly plans, or the price ÷ 12 for yearly plans.
  • Yearly cost = monthly price × 12, or the yearly price.
  • Sorting: used this week = keep; used this month = review; can't remember = cancel?. Inside each group, the most expensive comes first.
  • Cancel links go to each company's own help or account page (checked October 2026). Some ask you to sign in first. Subscriptions bought through Apple or Google are cancelled in those stores instead.

For where to look and what to say when a company makes cancelling hard, read how to cancel subscriptions.

Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent anywhere; the numbers live in this page's web address, which is how the copy-link button shares a result.

Questions people ask

How do I find all my subscriptions?
Go through two or three months of bank and card statements line by line, then check the subscription lists in your phone settings (Apple ID or Google Play), your PayPal account and your email for receipts. Our guide on cancelling subscriptions walks through each place.
Which subscriptions should I cancel?
Start with the ones you can't remember using. If you would not sign up for it again today at today's price, it is a good candidate. You can usually rejoin later.
Do yearly plans save money?
Often, if you will use the service all year. The audit converts yearly plans to a monthly figure so you can compare them fairly with monthly ones.
How do I cancel a gym membership?
Gyms vary. Read your contract for the cancellation method and notice period, send your cancellation in writing if the contract allows it, and keep a copy and the date you sent it.
